• KYC Documents: Verification documents uploaded for vendor approval.

• Facilitate account creation and logon process securely via NextAuth.
• Manage user accounts and perform necessary KYC verifications.
• Fulfill and manage wallet transactions, lead purchases, and assignments.
• Send administrative information to you, including policy updates and security alerts.
• Protect our platform using AI security verification and bot-detection measures.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We strictly adhere to a progressive disclosure model for lead data:

• Lead Contact Details: Contact information of leads is masked/blurred by default and is only revealed to vendors who successfully "lock" or purchase the lead through their wallet.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share necessary data with authorized third-party vendors (e.g., Razorpay for payments) who perform services for us. They are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, or judicial proceedings in India.

4. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Our database is encrypted, and user passwords are cryptographically hashed using standard security protocols. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
